But yea about the Sparkling Lure odd, there must be a mistake because there is no reason it shouldn't be equal to the Golden Hook odd unless the later function differently, which I'm pretty sure isn't the case (aka they both pick the most fitting fish among the 3 rolled, which would be Leedsichthys if present for both those lures). If the same formula (whatever it is) has been used for other fishes odds, they are probably impacted by this mistakes too.

when setting up the sparkling lure percentages, we forgot to carry over the full table of zone-dependant tier chance multipliers, and instead used a single set of tier chance multipliers for every zone. that seems to be the cause of the discrepancy here, re-calculating tier chance multipliers gives equal leed/golden hook and rain t3/sparkling modifiers.
